It’s official. I am the Queen of Lateness. I have been wanting to build a budget-friendly inspirational outfit for this 3.1 Phillip Lim look showcased during the Fall 2011 show. The cobalt blue and yummy cognac brown shades are definite fall/winter must-haves. I opted to skip the stark white pants (not that you can’t wear white during the winter), but if your heart so desires feel free to swap it for an option of your choice. Fun accessories from Jeffrey Campbell, MANGO, and ASOS completes the look.

I was never one to totally hop on the Jeffrey Campbell Flintstone feet trend but I must say these babies stole my heart with two of my favorite things: Pink + Cheetah Prints…
If you’re interested you can get them at Lulu’s for $169.
Alexander McQueen Lobster Claw Shoe
I am so against tributes! I will die a happy woman if I never have to see another tribute again. From music performances to movie remakes and now shoes, tributes never do the originator any justice. Feast your eyes on the TRIBUTE by Jeffrey Campbell paying homage to Alexander McQueen’s Spring 2010 lobster claw shoe. The shoe will be available at LF Stores this July with all proceeds going to charity in his honor.
No, no, no this just looks more like a tribute to Mickey Mouse.
Yet another ploy for a company to create a buzz. I think they should have left this alone, but there’s no doubt the style bloggers will be all over it. One of my twitter followers @CocoaBella Retweeted it best:
